These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WAMEED ("we," "our," or "us") website, mobile application, and vehicle transport, towing, and roadside assistance services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About WAMEED

1.1 WAMEED provides professional vehicle transport, towing, and roadside assistance across the UAE.

1.2 Services may be provided directly by WAMEED or, where necessary, through our approved service partners who operate under WAMEED's standards, supervision, and service quality requirements.

1.3 All bookings and communications are managed through WAMEED's digital platforms, and contact centre.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to use our Services.

2.2 Certain features may require creating an account or providing personal and vehicle details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.4 WAMEED reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

3. Bookings and Service Requests

3.1 Bookings can be made through the WAMEED app, website, or call centre. Once confirmed, WAMEED will assign a driver or service team.

3.2 A booking confirmation constitutes a service contract between you and WAMEED for the performance of the Transport Services.

3.3 You must ensure the accuracy of pickup and drop-off details, service type, and any special instructions.

3.4 WAMEED may decline, delay, or cancel a booking in cases of incorrect details, safety risks, or other operational reasons.

4. Cancellations

4.1 You may cancel a booking without charge before a driver or team is dispatched.

4.2 Once a driver has been assigned or dispatched, a cancellation fee or service charge may apply.

4.3 WAMEED reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of:

  • Unsafe conditions at the pickup location;
  • Inaccessible vehicles;
  • Force majeure events (accidents, weather, technical failures); or
  • Failure to provide accurate contact or vehicle details.

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 Pricing is displayed in the app or communicated through the call centre before booking confirmation.

5.2 Payment can be made by cash, card, or approved digital methods at the time of booking or service completion.

5.3 By confirming a booking, you authorise WAMEED to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

5.4 All charges are final and non-refundable, except in cases determined by WAMEED (e.g., service not rendered or error in billing).

5.5 Additional fees may apply for waiting time, tolls, or special handling (e.g., inaccessible vehicles, after-hours service).

6. Service Performance and Responsibilities

6.1 WAMEED and its authorised partners strive to provide safe, timely, and professional vehicle transport and towing services.

6.2 While every effort is made to ensure safety, WAMEED will not be liable for any damage to vehicles arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer;
  • Pre-existing mechanical faults, defects, or leaks;
  • Circumstances beyond our control (road conditions, accidents, weather, etc.);
  • Situations where the vehicle is not accessible or safely movable.

6.3 WAMEED's responsibility is limited to the reasonable and professional execution of the service.

6.4 In the event of proven negligence by WAMEED or its service partners, liability shall be limited to the direct repair cost or the service fee paid, whichever is lower.

7. User Obligations

7.1 You agree to:

  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe and movable condition;
  • Provide accurate location and vehicle details;
  • Be available or appoint a representative at the time of pickup/delivery;
  • Comply with all traffic and safety laws at the site.

7.2 WAMEED reserves the right to refuse or suspend service if conditions are unsafe or if your actions obstruct safe operations.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, logos, software, and materials on WAMEED's website and app are the property of WAMEED or its licensors.

8.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent from WAMEED.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 WAMEED collects and processes personal data, including contact, vehicle, and location information, to deliver and improve Services.

9.2 By using the Services, you consent to this data being used in accordance with WAMEED's Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9.3 WAMEED implements industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal data and will not share it with unauthorised parties.

10. Liability Disclaimer

10.1 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WAMEED makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

10.2 To the extent permitted by UAE law, WAMEED shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
  • Delays or inability to perform due to events beyond our control;
  • Any claims exceeding the amount paid for the affected service.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAMEED, its employees, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination and Account Deletion

12.1 WAMEED may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse.

12.2 You may request deletion of your account by contacting WAMEED at support@wameedtransport.ae. Requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

14. Amendments

WAMEED reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
