a. Through the App:

Our Apps use a third-party technology platform and hosting infrastructure (our "Technology Provider"). This platform handles service booking, tracking, and communication.

Personal data you enter (name, phone number, trip details) is processed and stored by this Technology Provider on secure servers.

We do not directly control or store this data on our systems.

b. Through Direct Contact:

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to book a service manually, we may collect your name, phone number, and pick-up and drop-off locations to fulfill your request.

3. Types of Personal Data Collected

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Basic contact information (name, phone number)
Location data (pick-up and drop-off points)
Booking details (vehicle type, service time, etc.)
Communication records from customer support

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment processors.

We and our Technology Provider do not collect or store payment card information.

Each processor handles payment data according to its own privacy and security standards.

All App data is hosted and processed by our Technology Provider on servers in the European Union.

Data may be securely transferred to countries with adequate data protection standards, in line with international and UAE data protection laws.

Standard contractual safeguards protect your data during transfers.
